Should an employer deliberately encourage a candidate to not follow the process for responding to a job invitation in order to avoid paying for a ‘contact credit’ and subsequently recruit the candidate then Direct Hiring Solutions reserve the right to charge a recruitment fee of 30% of the candidate’s annual salary. Where the salary is not known then the salary will be based on the average salary of candidates in a similar role and location.
Contact Credits are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Contact Credits that have not been utilized after 12 months will be removed however may be extended with the written approval of Direct Hiring Solutions.
Our Site Changes Regularly
We aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out-of-date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
